Emmanuel Ogunsalu

Founder & Principal Consultant

Dr. Emmanuel Olukayode Ogunsalu, is a global public affairs analyst and consultant in the United States and Nigeria. A man of integrity, born and grew up in Lagos, married with children and honoured to attain membership to this prestigious club.

He holds two bachelors’ degrees in Business Administration, Commerce & Information Technology; masters’ degree in Public Administration & foreign Relations and a doctorate degree in International Studies- Political Economy, Public Policy and Regional Development Administration.

He was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, as member, Governing Council, Federal University of Dutse, Jigawa State, appointed by President Goodluck Jonathan as member, Governing Council, Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross River State. He was also Senior Special Adviser on (Research, Policy and Documentation) to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the Deputy President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Also, a Senior Technical Adviser, Cross Sector Interface (National Assembly) for Presidential Task Force on Power; and a Consultant to Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda, a Senate Minority Leader, and to many other eminent political leaders of the Nigerian Federal Republic.

He also worked with major private and public entities in the United States in Management positions; at Metropolitan Insurance Corporation and American Income Life Insurance; Program/Division Manager, Chicago Housing Authority, “Section 8 Housing Programs”. He was a Lecturer – on United States National Government, Presidential Studies and a Research Analyst at Howard University School of Arts and Sciences, Washington DC; Founder and Managing Consultant, Emmakay Consultants Firm, and Chairman, Queensway Foods outlets.

He is also a founding member, Nigeria in Diaspora Organization (NIDO), conducted several scholarly studies on global political economy. In the United States – a member of United Nations Association, Greater Washington Urban League, World Bank African Club, Diasporas’ in African Union. In Nigeria – have membership in the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs and Nigerian Institute of Management, among others.
